Tiffany Morrison, a 25-year-old Mohawk woman, disappeared in June 18th 2006 after she left a bar in LaSalle, Quebec and shared a taxi back to Kahnawake with a man from the community. .He has told police that she remained in the taxi after he was let out at his own house.
To date the Peacekeepers have been unable to identify the taxi company or to locate the driver
The skeletal remains were found in a wooded area along the eastbound Route 138-132 Service Road near the Adirondack Junction.
Morrison was reported missing on July 4, 2006 and she was 24 years old at the time of her disappearance
Tiffany and her daughter lived with her mother Carol. Her family describe her as energetic and completely devoted to her daughter. At the time of her disappearance, Tiffany had just completed an entrepreneurial training program. She planned to apply for a loan so she could go into business for herself.
