Sylvie Laverdiere,
On April 18, 1989, Sylvie Laverdière was found dead in her apartment in Sainte-Thérèse. She was partially nude and the crime scene showed that she had been strangled. Her body had also been mutilated.
The victim's purse was found 2.5 km from her residence, along chemin Sainte-Thérèse, not far from Autoroute 640.
At the time of her death, Ms. Laverdière was 24 years old. She was the manager at Centre de conditionnement Mathers (Nautilus), in Rosemere. She worked mainly during the evenings and usually left the centre around 11 p.m. for her apartment, where she lived alone. The witnesses met with in the course of the investigation described the victim as a candid, forthright and talkative person. She had no known enemies.

1 November 1984, Wilton Lubin, 12, and his friend Sebastien Metivier, age 8, were kidnapped in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve.
The body of a young Wilton was recovered a month later in the St. Lawrence.The child of Haitian descent had been strangled and murdered.Little Sebastian,
has never Been Found. In 1993, the prime suspect in these cases, a 44 year old man with a heavy criminal record, committed suicide before undergoing a polygraph examination, taking with him perhaps the key to the investigation. Unsolved

A 31 year old woman (Melissa Lambert) who was found seriously injured, January 6, 2009 then died several hours later at the Regional hospital center in Trois-Rivieres.

Melissa Lambert received two gun shots to the head. The first would have been fatal. The young 31 year old woman died of a cerebral hemorrhage. Melissa was murdered in her boyfriends condo. As of yet the investigators have not been able to locate and question her boyfriend. Cold case

Eight-year-old Sebastien Metivier was one of three boys who went missing on Nov. 1, 1984.The other two boys were later found murdered ,but Sebastien's body has never been found. Sebastien Metivier was abducted on November 1, 1984 in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve area in Montreal.

On June 12, 1995, Laval, Joleil Campeau, 10, is abducted, 4 days later June 16, 1995 her body is found in a swamp near her home.

The night March 7, 1992 Marie-Eve disappeared, she had left her home in the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul neighborhood to purchase something at the local Corner store. Local police family and friends searched all night. Her body was found several hours later,she was found by an employee of Canadian Pacific near a railway line that crosses the boulevard Saint-Martin in Laval,7 km from her home. Marie-Eve had been sexually assaulted and strangled.The police department of the city of Laval continued their investigation. Still a Cold case.

Maurice Viens The 4 year old toddler was kidnapped near his parents home Dorion Street.(With the disappearances of two other boys aged twelve and eight years, Wilton Lubin and Sebastien Metivier).police moved quickly. Young Maurice Viens was apparently the third child to be kidnapped during the same period in the city.

Three days later, a jacket belonging to the boy was found in Saint-Roch de Richelieu in Montérégie. The search area is enlarged and the Sûreté du Québec joins the Montreal police to find the boy. A businessman from the north shore of Montreal,( Mr X ) comes forth, gifted with extraordinary ESP.The man sees the child with a man.. they descend from the car and the man forces the boy to follow him in the dark. The man hit the child, undresses and pulls out a rope. Mr X sees things very brutal.Incredible as it may, Mr. X, has found the place where he saw the boy and the perp.
November 6, 1984 police enter a barn Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, described by Mr. X and discovered the body horribly mutilated and lifeless is little Maurice Viens.The child had been sodomized and severely beaten.
