Unsolved murder cases in Quebec Canada

Jessica Neilson

Jessica Neilson, 25, had been missing since Dec. 8, 2008 when she left her 21/2-year-old daughter at home with her boyfriend and went to meet friends for a drink. She was last seen driving away in her white 1994 Acura Integra. At around 9:20 a.m. on Friday, a construction worker called police to report seeing a body in a white Acura that matched the description of Neilson's car
The car was parked in an alley behind 3459 Notre Dame St. W. Montreal near the intersection of Greene Ave. and Workman St.
Montreal Police Constable Philippe Collins said the vehicle had been parked in the alleyway separating the row of houses on Nôtre Dame and Workman Streets west of Greene Ave, for several weeks, if not months. A Montreal police spokesperson confirmed marks of violence were found on the body. However, Commander Jérôme Morissette, temporary head of the major crimes division, would not comment on how Neilson was killed.
Jessica's murder is still unsolved.
